Driven by a desire to broaden her expertise, Samantha transitioned to specialise in resource management law, collaborating closely with an experienced and well-reputed Barrister. This transition not only expanded her knowledge in property law but also endowed her with a profound insight into regulatory frameworks and local government dynamics. Armed with this insight, she advises clients on various developments and projects, ensuring they understand their options and can make informed decisions.

Samantha has hands-on experience in communicating with various stakeholders and navigating the intricacies of resource consent applications, whether at Council hearing level or in the Environment Court.
