CHARLY SMITH Legal Executive

Charly joined Hornabrook Macdonald Lawyers in 2023 as a member of our property team. Since then, she has continued to develop her knowledge and practical experience, while completing her Legal Executive qualification, and was promoted to Legal Executive in 2026.

Charly works across a broad range of property matters, with experience in residential conveyancing, property finance and aspects of commercial conveyancing. She assists with transactions from beginning to end, including preparing agreements and loan documentation, meeting with clients, coordinating settlements and completing Landonline dealings. She also has experience assisting with leases, easements, subdivisions and development-related documentation.

Charly enjoys the variety and pace of property work and is always looking for opportunities to expand her knowledge. She brings a practical and organised approach to her work and is committed to helping clients through their property transactions as smoothly as possible.
