Chloe Barker Associate

BSc, LLB, MSc

Chloe is an associate in commercial and corporate law. She has come from a varied legal background, having first practised in general law in the Cook Islands, before returning to practise in the areas of commercial and intellectual property law in New Zealand. She has spent time acting as in house counsel for a well-known purveyor of New Zealand vodka, as well as acting for a variety of private clients ranging from individuals and businesses to trusts, incorporated societies and charities.

Chloe is experienced in advising on various commercial issues, including the sale and purchase of businesses, consumer law, credit contract law and contractual negotiations and drafting. She enjoys getting to know her clients, their businesses and industries, and providing them with pragmatic and commercially sound advice.
